    Can I see my calls consumption?
    You can view your bills and the calls made from “user area” in this Web side.

    How do I get the invoices?
    Invoices are sent automatically each month to the email address that the customer confirms when subscribing for the service. To view them just have installed on your computer Acrobat Reader program.

    Can I change my subscription?
    You can change any of the contracted products through our technical staff.

    How I can request to cancel the service?
    Contacting Wipzona and requesting cancellation of service. The cancellation will be processed at the end of the month. After the effective cancellation the customer has a period of 15 days to return the antenna, may also make an appointment with our installers to remove the antenna.
