You will receive an ethernet point that provides Internet to your home or premises.

How big is the antenna installed by Wipzona?
It is a smal rectangular box that measures 34 x 34 cm (13,4 inches)

How is the antenna installation done at my home or premises?
Usually our installer chooses the most suitable place and do the wiring needed.

Is everything wireless inside my home too?
No, Wipzona installs an ethernet connection point. If you want WiFi coverage inside your home, you can request this when ordering and buy a separate wireless access point.


Is it as relieble as a regular modem+cable connection?
As far as reliability is concerned, Wipzona wireless technology can be compared to other types of Internet connections sucha as ADSL.

Do I need a router?
No

I have a mac. Will it work?
Yes, of course

Can I use Skype, Messenger etc?
Yes, you can use the same software as with any other Internet connection

Can I use P2P clients such as emule, Kazaa or Bittorrent?
Yes. In some cases it will be necessary to request the re-addressing of the TCP / UDP ports that are used by these programs. Ask our customer support
