How do I receive my invoices?
Every month the invoice is sent automatically to your email. To view them you'll need Acrobat Reader.


How do I change my subscription?
You can change or upscale any of your services calling our customer support:

How do I cancel my Wipzona subscription?
Contact our customer support and request the cancellation. It wil be processed at the end of the month. When the cancelation is done, the client has 15 days deadline to return the antenna, or request an appointment with our installer to dismantle it.(Cost: 35€ +VAT)
