What are the requirements for ordering the services offered by Wipzona?
1.- The maximum distance between the users antenna and our base station should not exceed 16 km.
2.- Clear view, without obstacles between the users antenna and the base station.

Do I need to have a regular phone line installed?
No, to contract Wipzona's wireless services it's NOT necessary to have a phone line.

What areas do Wipzona cover?
At the moment Wipzona provides service in Marina Baixa and Marina Alta areas, including Altea, Altea la Vella, Alfaz del Pi, Benidorm, Benitachell, Benissa, Calpe, Cala de Finestrat, Callosa d'Ensarriá, El Albir, La Nucia, Moraira and Polop de la Marina. We are soon covering el Campello, Finestrat and Villajoyosa.
